The baby-faced,20 year old hip hop artise was arrested in a drug trafficing sting last week on thursday,Shmurda , born Adcquill pollar and more than a dozen others where charged in a 69-count indicment including murder ,dealing drugs , weapons posession and a list of other crimes in connection with a long term inverstigation into shooting narcotics dealings in Brooklyn.
Shmuda's lawyer ,Howard Greenberg, called the indictment a "wortless piece of paper'
and told the New york times there are little evidence against his client aside of statements unreliable co-conspirators "He's Famos" Greenberg said, "He's rich ,you think hes going to do this stuff?
The inveatigations allegedly turned up 21 guns.One was allegedly a handgun consealed in a duffle bag on Shmuda's lap ,when police arrested him in a car outside Quard recordings, the same studio in marhattan where Tu-pac Shakur was shot in 1994 .A second gun and a small amount of cracked cocain were also allegedly found in the car.
The two members of the group charged with murder, Alex "A Rod" Cradon and Rashea "Rasha" Derissant , are accused of killing a member of a rival gang.
Meanwhile Shmuda is accussed of firing shots at a crowed outside a barbershop in Brooklyn early this year.
Shmuda and the others arrested are part of a group called GS9, GS9 Entertainment is the name Shmuda's hip-hop crew, but according to the police its an abbrevation for "G stone Crips ",An East Flatbush gang.
